No two bodies are the same, so each session is shaped by what you bring that day, held with curiosity, care, and respect for the unique stories your body carries. Rather than following a script, my practice is to listen — through hands, presence, and deep attention — to what your body is asking for. What emerges is relief, connection, and a sense of feeling genuinely at home in yourself.
