Therapeutic Massage
Deeply relaxing for the body and mind, therapeutic massage focuses on supporting and calming the nervous system, offering relief from stress, pain, and muscle tension. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, integrating Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques based on intake interview and established goals for the session, with a focus on deep listening and offering grounding, calming energy through receptive, warm hands.
Trager Movement Therapy
Using gentle, deep bodywork and passive movement, Trager sessions help to release underlying patterns of habitually held tension, bringing a greater sense of ease and freer range of movement. Rhythmic rocking and wave-like movements promote deep relaxation, allowing the nervous system to be lulled into a state of peaceful presence. Comfortable, unrestrictive clothing is worn for these sessions and no lotions or oils are used.
Mobile & Onsite Sessions
Don’t want to leave home, or the office? Mobile sessions are available for individuals or group events. You provide a quiet room or space, and I will come to you with all the necessities for a session. Rates for mobile sessions will include a $50 travel/setup fee (rates may vary depending on distance).
